LeadRadar AI is a lead generation tool that helps users find local businesses using publicly available data from third-party sources including Google Places API. We provide business names, addresses, phone numbers, website status, and AI-generated outreach suggestions.
LeadRadar AI displays data sourced from third-party providers (including Google Places API). We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any business information displayed. Users are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any data before using it for business purposes.

LeadRadar AI offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have paid for.
LeadRadar AI and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Dakota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
